Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour 31g
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • tsp salt
  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp chocolate spread or chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add milk and vegetable oil; stir until smooth.
  • Pour into a microwave-safe mug.
  • Drop chocolate spread into the center without stirring.
  • Microwave on high for 70 seconds.
  • Let cool for a minute, then enjoy.
