- 1 banana peeled and chopped
- 1 apple peeled and chopped
- 1 orange de-pithed and pulped
- ½ cup red and green grapes halved or quartered
- 5 strawberries chopped
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp golden raisins

Wash and dry all the fruits. Peel and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, whip chilled heavy cream until light and fluffy.
Stir in the condensed milk and cardamom powder, mixing until smooth.
Add the fruits, raisins, and almonds. Mix gently to coat the fruits evenly.
Chill for 30 minutes to 2 hours to enhance the flavors.
Serve garnished with more fruits, nuts, and a cherry on top.
- To prevent bananas and apples from browning, cut them last and mix them in immediately.
- For a lighter version, use milk instead of heavy cream.
- Customize by adding your favorite fruits like mango or kiwi.
