Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded coconut sweetened
  • cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup powdered sugar optional
  • 12 ounces dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix shredded coconut, condensed milk, and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  • Shape the mixture into bars and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
  • Dip the bars in melted chocolate and place them on a tray.
  • Chill for 30 minutes until set.
