- Large mixing bowl

- 1/3 Cabbage chopped
- 1 Carrot grated
- 1 Fresh Cucumber grated
- 1 Large Red Apple diced
- 1 Red Onion diced
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 50 ml Olive Oil
- 20 grams Honey
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt and Cane Sugar to taste
- Chop cabbage, sprinkle with salt and sugar, and let sit for 5 minutes. 
- Grate carrot and cucumber, then mix with cabbage. 
- Add diced apple and red onion. 
- Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, honey, and mustard. 
- Pour dressing over the salad and mix well. 
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes and serve fresh. 
- Add crushed nuts or seeds for extra crunch and nutrition.
