Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 Cabbage chopped
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 1 Fresh Cucumber grated
  • 1 Large Red Apple diced
  • 1 Red Onion diced
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 50 ml Olive Oil
  • 20 grams Honey
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Salt and Cane Sugar to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop cabbage, sprinkle with salt and sugar, and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Grate carrot and cucumber, then mix with cabbage.
  • Add diced apple and red onion.
  • Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, honey, and mustard.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and mix well.
  • Let rest for 5-10 minutes and serve fresh.
